1. Operational Authorization
By accessing the Uprotube Intelligence Layer, you agree to comply with our operational protocols. Unauthorized attempts to decompile our analytical engine or scrape indexed nodes will result in immediate termination of access.
2. Credit Allocation (KR)
Analytical Credits (KR) are consumed based on the computational load of the requested operation. KR balances are non-transferable and subject to the expiration cycles defined in your subscription tier.
3. Data Usage & Intellectual Property
While Uprotube provides the intelligence to engineer content, the final output generated via our AI Studio remains your intellectual property. Uprotube claims no rights over the scripts, images, or audio generated by our modules.
4. Limitation of Liability
Uprotube provides analytical projections based on raw market data. We do not guarantee specific viral outcomes or revenue targets. All operations are performed at the user's discretion.
